Purpose: Reduce breakdowns and cost/km using CAN/OBD signals and history.
Data scope: ECT, oil pressure/temp, battery voltage, misfires, fuel trims, DPF/SCR, DEF, brake wear %, TPMS.
Prioritization: Use DTC Priority Map (High/Medium/Low). High => pull vehicle or same-day diagnosis.
Governance: Role-based access; all changes logged. KPIs reviewed weekly.
